Oh yeah, doesn't the Switch version even have crossplay? I think it said so. And crossplay usually means it doesn't run on Nintendo's servers, not to mention that even if the amount of Switch players drops, I will still be able to play with others, which is nice. I'm probably gonna pick this one up sometime.

@@riskyworks based off the recent Xbox podcast, they mentioned their games having cross play and cross progression on all platforms. Assuming this will have the same. They may ask you to create a microsoft login like they do with minecraft to access those features.

It has crossplay. Microsoft may ask you to create a Microsoft account to access it like in Minecraft. Not 100% sure if they will go the same route here

Nintendo fans I know you may not like this style of game but quite frankly it is one of the best games of the survival genre. Please try it out. It has some of the best upgrades, gameplay and overall design out of most survival games. I hope you enjoy it! It is a perfect fit for Nintendo Switch :D

Probably they'll be announced in June, I hope Microsoft also port Rare Replay collection to Switch (like the Sea of Thieves OG Bundle back in 2018).

@@PlayNowrandlock3 Hi-Fi and Sea of Thieves are most likely not coming to Switch. The fact that Hi-Fi is scheduled for a Q1 release and yet it WASN'T on today's Nintendo Direct indicates it's probably only coming to PlayStation. Besides, the Switch can't run Hi-Fi Rush at a stable 60 FPS (which is necessary for that type of rhythm game), nor could it run an Xbox One game like Sea of Thieves. Maybe on the Switch 2 in 2025, but highly unlikely either of those games will come to Switch.

@@BillO62 It hasn't been in game pass top 10 since it first launched in early access in 2020 for a week, and then again in September 2022 for a week on the full release launch, nothing from with that though since its a survival game not a live service game

I’m really happy to see this come to switch. I seen the trailer for Xbox over a year ago and was hoping it came to other consoles. It would be cool to see it on ps5 but I don’t know if that will happen but glad it’s on switch because I like to play portable a lot.

@@kingjonny394Maybe a mix of both. Either way, I'll probably be picking it, since it looks fun. I don't really mind the resolution that much. Besides, it could be from an older build, we'll see when it releases. (I'm sure it'll still be somewhat blurry, but KZfaq does usually make things look worse, so it's probably still gonna be somewhat better than this)

@@BenHDR No, they confirmed it's only coming to Switch, not PS5. This is not too difficult from what Microsoft did with Ori 1 and 2. Only released them on Switch after their Xbox releases but not on PS5. Besides, Pentiment and Grounded are more so games that appeal to a Switch audience, not really a PlayStation one.

@@actrue9712 60 Frames per second will 90% be the target frame rate, although it might be slower in more intensive areas, we will have to see in the final product, they still have 2 more months to optimize the game.

It's not really like Pikmin, it's a co-op survival game. Meaning you have to gather resources, slowly build up your base, hunt down bugs to get materials that let you craft better weapons and armor, manage your hunger/thirst/rest levels, etc.

right at the end you can see the players holding 2 new weapons, willow has some kind of large great sword and hoops has a new spear edit: just looked back the spear is the just the stinger spear but the sword is new
