If an operator was new to this crane, the hardest part would be changing config in the eks. That wasn’t even mentioned. “Just hit enter if your setup is the same as last time”. Derp derp

Pretty good video maybe a little more detail on how to change the settings on the right screen but otherwise great

Wait why does this video say the date as 1-21-2021 but it says upload 7 years ago?

Pretty slick rig, but the user interface seems wicked convoluted. Our Link-Belt HTC 86110 is a lot more streamlined and efficient in the cab
@vidsforkids7668 жыл бұрын
what about programming it for different counterweight configs, jib & offset, change reeving. Also should be mentioned that when ever the outriggers are raised, even just slightly the #5 front outrigger automatically is retracted all the way.

what a waste of technology..too much computer crap and press button crap... Grove cranes are the worst cranes to operate the swing brake takes a few seconds to stop the crane when swinging it is total crap...all the buttons you press the identity are erased after some time and the operator remains clueless, also the Terex cranes are death trap the swing brakes are crappy the parking brake is crappy the travel brake is also crappy...you guys should make a video on XCMG cranes or Hitachi cranes or Sumitomo cranes the Chinese and Japanese are the best in cranes...check it for yourself....I operated a Hitachi crawler crane scx400 very powerful and crane has rayco wylie computer lmi very easy to understand...grove crane computer are waste of time too much off this and that...
@jasonklim275 жыл бұрын
Well then you arent trained very well as a crane operator. You are never supposed to use the swing brake to stop the crane from swinging. Its purpose is to hold the crane to prevent swinging with windy conditions.
@curtisgwin64344 жыл бұрын
Probably why it takes so long to stop he wore out the swing brake

A Chinese crane is the worst, not best. Been in trade 20 years and never seen one, other than tipped over on utube
