This is coming from someone who has an extreme nail biting problem. This the remedy y i have been using and it shows immense improvement in just 2 days, . Hopefully these steps will help u grow ur nails. Take some luke warm water and put some salt and a few drops oils (mainly olive oil and coconut oil) in it. Dip your nails in it for 3-5 minutes and then massage the rest of the oil on ur nails till it absorbs . When you go to sleep, make sure you put a moisturizer like Vaseline or cuticle oil on ur nails. Use some warm lemon juice on ur nails . Be patient. It might take some time to grow them to ur desired length . Now i know alot of people r gonna come at me for this, but if u just cant stop ur nail from getting in ur mouth, then put on fake nails or have something to chew on ljke bublegum or almonds (u can chew almonds top layer) , it rlly helps . Or u can put disgusting smelling nail polish on ur nails .

Isnt jojoba oil better than any other oil since its the closest to the natural oil our body produces? Coconut is good but i feel like you could have maybe added "dont hesitate to use jojoba oil" And also doesnt lemon weaken your nail or something? I saw someone trying to bleach their nails with lemon but it kinda damaged their nail. Be proud of your yellow nails (This is not a hate comment)
