Hi viewers !! Hope all is well. In this video, a very easy and simple #Hydroponics Method is used to grow #Tulsi (#Holy_Basil) without soil. Hydroponics basically is a method of growing plants without soil using some mineral nutrient solutions in water solvent. Initially I have used only rainwater as solvent for the hydroponics system. Then after 5 days I have added some vermicompost to the rainwater. The root growth in the later showed much better result as compared to the one with only rainwater. Which season is best to grow tulsi in water? Can we start in dry summers (April-May)? Also, when to change water (after how many days)? And can we use normal tap water instead of rainwater?

You can grow tulsi in any season. Regarding changing water you can do it once in a week and try to add compost everytime you change water as adding compost will help to grow roots faster. And yes you can use normal water too. Thank you
