Hair Oil dandruff control
How to make hair oil at home ayurvedic way.
It strengthens the hair, helps to grow hair and controls dandruff.
We have added the necessary ingredients to compensate the cold natured ingredients also.
Ingredients
Curry leaves - handful bunch करी लीव्स हन्द्फुल बंच
Mehandi leaves - handful bunch मेहंदी लीव्स हन्द्फुल बंच
Neem leaves - handful bunch नीम लीव्स हन्द्फुल बच
Aloe vera - 3 strips एलो वेरा तीन पत्ते
Fenugreek - 250 gms मेथी 250 ग्राम्स
Badam (Almond) - 250 gms बादाम 250 ग्राम्स
Pepper (little) - 2 tsp काली मिर्च 2 छोटा चमच
Goose Berry - 12 big size बड़ा आमला 12 बिना बींझ वाला
Red Hibiscus flower - 10 nos. 10 हिबिस्कुस का फूल
Coconut Oil - 2 lts नारियल तेल
बालो का तेल बनाने का तरीका:
एलो वेरा, भीगा हुआ बादाम, नीम का पत्ता , करियापक ,मेथी भीगा हुआ,एक पत्ता वाला हिबिस्कुस का फूल, बड़ा आमला बिना भींज वाला
अगर आपको सर्दी है तो आप काली मिर्च मिला सकते है अगर आपको उसकी सुगंध पसंद नहीं है तो आप कापुर मिला सकते है.
इन् सबको मिलकर आपको मिक्सी में फीस लेना चाहिए और नारियल तेल के साथ उसको बॉईल करना है. जब आप बॉईल कर रहे है तोह आपको आवाज़ काम होने तक बॉईल करना है. उसके बाद आप उसको उसे फ़िल्टर करना है और सिर्फ तेल निकल लेना है.आप वह तेल छे महीनो तक इस्तमाल कर सकते है.
अगर आपका पेस्ट बचा हुआ है तोह आप उसको छोटा छोटा वढ़ा की तरह बनाकर उसको अच्छी तरह से सूखा कर आप उसको एक या दो साल रख सकते है. और जब आपको तेल बनाना है तो आप उसको तेल में डालकर बॉईल कर सकते है.
