There is a new breed of farmer emerging in America. They’re young, hard working and highly motivated toward environmental stewardship. These young people are turning to small-scale farming because they want to make a difference in the way our food is produced. In this episode we meet several young farmers who are working hard to grow food sustainably. We’ll also learn the benefits of applying some their best farming techniques to our own backyards.
