Keep the last part of the root of every celery you buy from the store, and put it in a shallow glass of water, within a week you will have roots and can plant it in your garden

I really enjoyed this video, it was very relaxing. However I'm so sad you didn't do a close up of the grown plant, I want to know how it looks naturally compared to all bundled up and chopped off at the store.

That's a great idea. Speaking of the fridge you just reminded me I have some forgotten seeds that need to be tested at some point for viability and perhaps even a video.

i repot them cause they were leggy, but now they are still so LONG and the leaves are not as big...

Can I ask in what growing zone, or city do you live in?. I would like to compare the climate from where you live with mine. I am in USA growing zone 8a.

I have put far to many seeds in a pot- how do I separate them out without damaging them??

You don't. Use scissors to snip weak or crowded seedlings at the soil line. Snipping, rather than pulling, ensures you don't damage the roots of the remaining seedlings.
