We very unwisely stopped at 2 children. It’s just what we thought was best for us at the time. When my two had grown up and left home I so badly wished we’d had more. I missed them so very much-then the unthinkable happened. Our 40 year old wonderful son was diagnosed with cancer last May and passed away 3 months later. And no, more children wouldn’t make up for his absence-but his sister would still have siblings and his 1 son would have more family to love and help him grow into the man his dad would have helped him to be. We're loving our grandson his mom and doing all we can to help them along. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOUR FAMILY ON YOUR PREGNANCY ❤. Take care of yourself, Mama. 😊. God bless!

I saw someone who accidently left a couple potato plants in a garden, and it went through fall and winter with lots of snow, and she just found them and dug them up, to find 20+ potatoes from EACH plant! One had 32! Some were pretty small, but it was like a treasure hunt for her! If they aren't doing great, just leave them to over winter, for a science experiment!😁

This is the first year we have ever taken a summer break too! I have only delivered five babies but I will say the last was the hardest when I was 38. My body told me that was our last. The nausea and fatigue was unbelievable throughout my entire pregnancy and I also struggled a bit more with PPD. After really researching I learned that the older we get, the drop in our hormones…it’s just tougher. Lifting you up now and pray for relief and joy for the rest of pregnancy and delivery ❤

So happy for you. I had my last child, 8th child at 42 pregnant and delivered at 43. I had miscarried before him and was concerned but had to put all things in God’s hands, worry would not change the outcome. He is such a blessing to our family. I can’t imagine not having that last precious child even at 43. He is 23 now and even though I am not a young mother any more, I cherish every day he is still in the nest. Within weeks he will be getting his own place after obtaining his Masters degree in Science….home schooled until he went to college, our kids can compete in the world after homeschooling. Love to your family and that precious baby in your womb.

Congrats on the new baby on the way. I just finished three pickings and canning of black currants. The picking is very time consuming… I could pick more from our bushes… I already canned 21 pints.. I did can them 10 minutes all as jam. We too are busy getting in the firewood as we only have wood heat and in the winter wood cook stove. Congrats on the beef heifers too. Now they can have a good life, albeit short. My blueberries are not quite ready but I am watching them and currently scything the field around them.. will rake that and pile it up for mulch for next year. We have very steep slopes here and cutting with tractors not possible so I scythe and rake. My gardens are all on steep slope and we terraced most of it. Garlic not done here yet. We are in zone three here and planting begins last week of May.

We are due the same month I’m due December 3rd ❤ I’m due with my 3rd baby and 3rd girl. Praying for you to have a good safe pregnancy journey ❤

You are so precious to me and I'm so thrilled for this new baby! I found out about a week ago that my youngest is expecting. She is due the end of January and she has been sooooo sick. We are hoping for a girl too! She has 2 boys. She'll be 36 in Dec and she said she didn't feel this sick or tired with the other two. Anyway, we are so excited. This will be our 16th grandchild. God has blessed us greatly! Keeping both of you in my prayers.

Pickled red onions are amazing! We go through a pint a week here in the summer season. The only difference is that instead of garlic we put in some home grown hot pepper flakes. But yeah, on top of tacos, nachos, grain/veg bowls, sandwiches, salads, and pizzas! It's a lovely addition to nearly everything! Congratulations on the new babe.

I never knew that nausea was the norm for pregnancy. I've had three children and was never nauseated with any of them. Maybe I'm an exception. I always joke and say Jupiter was aligned with Mars as I never felt better than when I was pregnant 😅. Blessings to you and yours.

Congratulations ❤ 2 of my children were born in April and one in November. I was so much happier and able to function better being pregnant in spring and summer vs being pregnant in fall and winter! I know most women hate being pregnant in the summer but if I could do it all again I’d have each baby in the fall/winter!
