@@PhilippiansThree7to9 Actually it does. The Bible prophesies a future attack on Israel when Jesus will protect them and destroy their enemies. At that time huge numbers of Jews will turn to Christ (also prophesied). Zechariah 12 (especially vss 9 & 10). See also Zechariah 14 and compare with Revelation 19.

Of course, it isn't true (that God is with them, because they reject Jesus) but that's what your belief teaches, correct?

I would say that the second half of the verse is more important that the first part. It is repeated in Galatians 3:7-8 "Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.” This blessing of salvation would come through the "Seed" who is Christ - Galatians 3:16. In Christ there is no more distinction of J ew and Gentile - Galatians 3:7, 26-29. So you see, Is/ra/el is not the people of God under the new covenant. Believers in Jesus are, regardless of ethnicity.

There's definitely mixed messages coming from the White House. How can they just approve Billions (not Millions) to the Ukraine, but not allow a single barge of weapons to aid Israel against terrorists that also target the U.S.? Let's pray for the spirit of confusion and Leviathan spirit to be lifted from this administration to bless Israel so that we are blessed, IJN (Genesis 12:3). If someone is making $20,000 a year they have to pay 6.2% and just Social security, and the employer pays 6.2%. But if someone just making $500,000 a year they only have to pay 6.2% on the first $168,000 that they make, this does not seem fair. That’s a lot of money for lower income people to be paying out into Social Security. There is something really wrong with how this is structured. If someone is self-employed they must pay the full 12.4%. That does seem fair. But if someone is making $1 million a year they should have to pay 12.4% to Social Security on their full income. The wealthy need to pay a much higher rate and they need to make payments on their full income
