I only do 2 basil plants in an aerorden and I refill twice a week. Can't imagine how much 3 or more lettuce would drink a day.

How do you get the tight romaine hearts like you find in the store a lot of times that come in usually the 3 pack? Is it a certain variety of romaine? Every time I've grown them they are usually much looser heads.

Ps the other seeds were habanero and ghost. I did this in like 10 different pots. Also I have peppers that don’t look like anything I planted.

i grow in 3 inch pvc but lettuce get falls over keep temp about 80 may be not enough lite they by a large window all use master blen

Totally unrelated question. I planted 3 types of peppers in the same pot but ( because I had no idea what I was doing ). Now that they have flowered I’ve noticed that in each of those pots only one type of pepper has grown. Only planted 3 jalapeño seeds but 6 sprouted??? That being said the jalapeños are very very hot. Did they somehow take over the other seeds?

I am confused. Do you the nutrients to a gallon of water and then top it up or do you add water and then add the nutrients as recommended? Just got a garden.

My hydro lettuce tastes bitter and my hydro bok choy doesn't taste like bok choy. My hydro tatsoi tastes like plastic😂
