Two story for looks 100% I definitely prefer bedrooms on the second floor, I feel like one stories can feel cramped!

I definitely prefer one story homes for gameplay!! I know they’re a lot more challenging to build for most people, but having all your Sims on one floor without needing to page up/down is great, especially when you’re playing with a big family (aka the 100 Baby Challenge haha)

Yes, the yellow-orange flowers are California Poppies, Eschscholzia californica, a native flower. You see them all over the Western U.S. and Mexico. The D.O.T. will often cast the seeds along the freeways after road projects because they grow without much effort.

Great build! You used all the new objects really well and decorated beautifully! Since you made the interiors more modern, my thought is that the sims living there would have removed a couple of walls to open up the kitchen and the foyer to make a larger dining space. And a lot of these style homes have small basements. Would be so cool to have a laundry room basement and half bath. Loved this build! Just subscribed! Thank you so much!!!

I love this! I just bought Growing Together and I'm going to download this house to play in 😍😍. I think to make the kitchen a little less cramped I'll knock down the wall across from the dining table. The entry way is separated by an archway anyway so I don't think it needs another archway right across imo. Absolutely love this house though 😊

omg THIS HOUSE IS ADORABLE!!! 😍 i believe the yellow/orange debug flowers might be some sort of marigold/calendula flowers :)

I cannot make single story homes in the game if my life depended on it. 2nd story all the way! I like to give basements too, which many don't, however it's how I grew up. I've never lived in a single story home until last year. I had an attack bedroom growing up

@@MissSimReno I tend to give teens basement bedrooms, or use it as one heck of a master suite. It's common where I live for basements to be a rec space, with big TV and/or bar, game tables, etc. I so wish we would get airhockey tables in game!
