A lot of hate on the guest for no reason. First of all you don’t need a degree to be knowledgeable on a subject. This guy is on the show because he has read and understands the literature on the subject AND has personal experience using it himself. None of y’all bat an eye when popular bodybuilders spew nonsense on their channels based on their opinion. This guy actual read the academic literature. Secondary they stated many times how this particular subject lacks research. This means Peter wouldn’t likely find a researcher on this subject because they don’t really exist. This was a very insightful show.

depends a lot on your endogenous production of VEGF. there is a lot of dietary choices that affect angiogenesis. If ur taking HGH for injury, u will want to be mindful of your VEGF levels as well. They work hand-in-hand to increase collagen repair rates, which does the magic in restoring injuries.

Great podcast....In my early 30's I was in a near death accident. I broke my C1,2,3 L3,4,5 and had a TBI. I was paralyzed from the neck down for 4 months & was told I would never walk again. At the time I walked around at 185 and was in great shape. I could not eat or drink and went down to 138. Had a 14 hour surgery and thank God was mobile. I had a halo, girdle and neck brace. Docs put me on pharmaceutical grade GH because they wanted the bone to grow very fast over the titanium to prevent any additional setbacks. Could not work out at all afterwards. Once home my weight went up to about 160 just from eating again. Got all of the apparatus off. Went to outside family function for a bbq/pool party. It was a hot day- about 95 degrees. Took off my shirt for the 1st time and I was shredded...lol. Went back to the doc when I went back to the gym and asked him for another dose...lmao. The co-pay was $5 on about a $1,200 script, I believe. I got a resounding never ...lmao. The shit works wonders.

Derek may as well be an M.D. He's only been a student of all of this for his entire adult life. Not only is Derek an expert, but Peter is trying to reach a broader audience because of Derek's following. It's also a business decision. If you go out and do your own research on a specific topic. And a doctor studies a wider, broader area of study. You'll be able to answer any questions he might have about a specific topic. And he could answer your broad question that stretches to other broader areas. An M.D, doesn't know everything ever. @@nboss968

I guess her epiphysis wasn't fully closed at 20, or the humongous amounts of hgh she experienced somehow softened it up again. In any case - one way to create a human with super physiology could be to start with a child of short-backed stature, use large amounts of hgh at a young age, then shorten the limbs when the person becomes an adult. Ethically desirable? No! Possible? Yes. Somehow I am surprised it haven't been done already.

Yes you can get compounds like IG1-LR3 which has a longer half life than straight IGF-1. It's a compound you can pin directly rather than relying on the GH conversion in the liver.

scientific study proved its not absolute dose of Growth Hormone that can trigger cancer but how quickly a person ramps up dose that can triggers cancer so its not 1IU or 2IU or 4IU or 8IU trigger cancer but how quickly a person ramps up dose to 8IUs no one starts slow and titrates up so question remains if dose is say 2IUs would one do 0.2 for 3 days then 0.4 for 3 days then 0.8 for 3 days then 1.0 for 3 days etc etc until u reached 2IU. does it need to be 3 days or a week or one day trust me its difference between life and death so best do it correctly. problem is it is not exactly known and each person is different can u talk about study proved its not absolute dose of Growth Hormone that can trigger cancer but how quickly a person ramps up dose

This dude has a Wikipedia degree. Every statement concluded with “I think” or “I could be wrong” which doesn’t make me think he’s qualified to TEACH others on the matter. Regardless of whether people think it’s mean to “hate” on this guy.
@ICanPhixThat
@ICanPhixThat 2 ай бұрын
He’s clearly no an expert and knowledgable by Wikipedia which is fine unless you’re going around and attempting to teach others and misinforming. Now if they wanting to ask questions and he verify the answers using research, literature, and documents that back his claim that’s fine. Especially if they provide references but to just say “anyone can be smart with out a degree and teach” is the reason why there’s so much bullshit on the internet. Degree or not, you have to provide VALID information. And the reason there is a preference to degree teachers is because they know how to properly reference their information sources. It’s all about providing the people the answer with evidence. Not providing them with “well bro you dial it back and see if it’s average” lol

I love when medical professional pretend to be dumb-on-purpose. The doctor clearly states he utilized the product and his patients saw significant results , yet he calls said results "anecdotal". Does this Doctor not understand what anecdote means? FUN FACT- EVERYBODY is on HGH. Yes, your favorite basketball player, football player, soccer player, prowrestler, actor, and even female model is ALL on HGH. Oh yes, make no mistake, EVERYBODY is on HGH Every modern professional athlete who has ever torn a muscle has used HGH in their rehab protocol.

Because that's the current level of evidence, very little or no scientific publications, like they mention, it's mainly anecdotal. Plus, it's russian roulette cuz you never know what's actually in the drug from underground labs or from abroad; it's all buyer beware, at your own risk.

From what I was told and also prescribed. GH is extremely expensive, like omnitrope. It's 400 dollars for a two week cycle. Peptides like sermoreline will increase grhelin. Oxandrolone is a steroid used specifically to increase igf. The point of increasing igf is to get it to where your igf was as an adolescent/young adult. You ideally want your igf to be like almost 300 ng/ml. Because at that point your susceptibility to DOMS, injury, decreases and your recovery heavily increases. They typically give oxandrolone to patients who have had hard-core surgeries. Same with peptides like bpc-157. My igf is 146 ranging from 96-290. So needs to get a bit higher.
