Growth Investing Explained (Growth vs Dividend/Value Investing)
Growth investing is a great way to maximize your return on investment and often outperforms dividend or value investing. However, there are pros and cons to each strategy so it helps to be in the know. This way, you can tailor your strategy to align with your goals. For example, dividend investing is fantastic for older investors and growth investing is usually better for younger people. Is capital appreciation better or is it better to build a portfolio designed to provide income? It's important to carefully analyze your situation so you can make the best decisions in regards to your portfolio.

At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage. Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

Real estate investors losing money is music to my ears. They are a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now.
@jonas77718

Actually, you can blame the Fed for manipulating the market by keeping interest rates artificially low for the last decade. They created this mess and now there's no way to fix it without completely crashing the market. And I'm OK with that....
@KatyMccullars
@KatyMccullars 9 ай бұрын
You can also blame the Fed but most of it goes to those investors that have made life difficult for the 61% of people that are living paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford to buy a home because of these investors that gobble up the properties and jacking up the rent and buying price for a home. That’s BS...

He's mainly talking about CA real estate in the Bay Area for this video. Many real estate investors in other parts of CA, and even other states, are still doing well. In CA, I'm sure the lack of supply to meet demand, rising construction costs, extremely long process to approve housing projects, and high property taxes are just a few things causing high housing prices in the state. It's bias to just use real estate investors as the scapegoat to "a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now"..

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

Great video. We all strive for financial independence and better life. It’s not difficult in achieving this through the right investment, living frugally, and budgeting. I’m glad I learned early in life to work hard for financial freedom

In my opinion, venturing into a good investment is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely, For this reason, I advise seeking help from professionals(financial advisors). It’s not just watching videos and reading investment books the challenge is using them well.

Dividends are a great thing, but they’re only really effective for passive income when you either have somewheres over 20 to 25 thousand shares of a high yielding stock. Meaning you likely need to have a few hundred thousand if not more invested in it. Re-investing dividends back into the same stock certainly does snowball with compound interest, but you only really start seeing it after 20 years of never stopping and likely needing to add additional money of your own with it….so it’ll be time consuming and costly. The way I see it if you have a million dollars at some point, that’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50 to 70 thousand in dividend income
@Mohaimam316
@Mohaimam316 9 ай бұрын
Like Warren Buffet said, dividends are only good if the business you’re investing into can’t make good use of that capital. So if you’re trying to invest into businesses with actual growth, looking at dividends is a waste of time. Why are you investing into a company if they’re returning capital to you because they think you can make better use if it than they can. There’s only one reason, and it is a place to park your capital to pay you a small return with large established businesses because you aren’t trying to grow your portfolio anymore, but to live off of it. It’s not much different from bond investing.

Q Makes It Happen The beautiful thing is that you don’t have to choose one way or the other. You can decide on what percentage of each type of investment to have in you portfolio. You could go 50% growth, 50% value. If you decide you like one more than another you could do a 70/30 split.
