Appreciate it. I rarely respond to these comments, but will here. This is old news a lot of which is propagated through Facebook groups run by competitors. Yes, we grew too fast at first over a decade ago and experienced some growing pains. Every product we sell is custom from the artwork, button colors, cuts, etc for that customer. We get literally hundred/s of orders a week, again all custom. Many of those customers like to change their mind mid order flight. We still typically ship within 2 business days of having all information for an order. Most competitors sell one widget one way so it is vastly easier to maintain. We have grown immensely in full time staff and space over the last 5 years especially. As far as customer service we have a manager and team that again is fully staffed. To the point we not only have a phone that is answered every day during normal business hours across multiple onsite agents, but also live chat (not a bot). A full customer service and sales ticketing system is in place so nothing is dropped. We call every number back and respond to every chat that came in outside of business hours that is sales or service and have done so for a long time now. Staff is rated on each ticket and phone call satisfaction meter (sent to customers) built into the system that allows for training opportunities and business improvement monthly. Most competitors when you call you might get the one person that does this as a side gig cell phone voicemail. Not a full department level phone tree to connect you with proper staff like we have. Also we have revamped all instructions packs and packing materials. Now deal with big box retailers as well as direct sales. Updated tons of new products and revamped the website. Long story longer we have upgraded everything, not just some light channels in this pinball. It shows in the countless customers that send us product build videos and pictures. Also in the higher level sophistication and simplification of our products. There is always room for improvement and we continue to strive for that.

Jose. I see you have bought 5 products over the last couple years and we love customers like this! I show we did have to reship one plex piece out of those with a bezel. I also show over 26 support tickets all that were addressed with lots of interactions in each one. I show the last product was earlier this year ordered on Jan 10th with multiple edits done on your artwork by our staff approved on 1/18 by you. The cabinet shipped the next day on the 19th. This was 8 months ago, but if there is issues please write in so we can address what those are specifically.

Pi is too underpowered for KI arcade. We have it on snes. You need a pc for it. We have focused mainly on android for the time being until Pi prices come back down.

I bought a tiny square PC using an Intel J4125, because I needed that bump to run the KI games, as well as Tekken Tag Tournament. At this point, the price of tiny Pc’s using that processor are comparable to Pi 4 (and there are PC versions of front ends Recalbox, Batocera, or Launchbox to use)
