Heavy is relative and 4 plates is achievable by any adult male within the first few years of training

He hit it dead on.. stretching is the key to staying injury free. I stretch everyday for at least 20 minutes and zero injuries.. also improves your strength and range of motion..

Good advice from a good dude. Finally a pro that talks about not trying to go too heavy. Soooo many noobs in the gym are way too focused on how much they lift. Some can lift pretty heavy, but they have shitty physiques. Lift lighter and really feel the muscle you are targeting work. Adding weight should be a LAST RESORT.

when i was just started training i didn't like the felling of doing legs my uncle gave me the greatest advice make yourself love the pain of training legs and that changed everything especially seeing tomplatz in the bodybuilding bible the blue book old scholl leg training

This guy keeps it real. I use knee wraps and belt to protect yourself. The belt doesnt just protect you back when you losen up on the firmness but leeos your guts from trying to get out and get a hernia. And the knees gotta keep them tight and locked in. Injury free

On my leg day frst i warm up then i do squat then hack squat then leg press then leg curl then deadlift then leg extension everything i do 4 sets is the form is right?

sucks I can't do heavy weight any more with leg press and squats cause I got a hernia at 19 even 3 years after I'm still afraid of doing heavy on leg press and squats
