After wanting to design a Rocket Stove for myself, I got the opportunity to make one for the Millerwelds WIYW (What's in Your Weekend) Series! The design might look a bit complex at first, but once you see how it goes together, I think you'll agree it is fairly straight forward...
This is a great exercise for people who are learning to weld or who are looking for a fun weekend project! For other projects, checkout www.millerwelds.com/industrie...
The premise behind a rocket stove is that the chimney provides a draft that brings in unobstructed fresh air directly to the combustion chamber. Although this project is a little bit tongue-in-cheek as the shop coffee maker, the final stove actually worked really well!
Thank you to Miller Electric and Millerwelds.com for providing me with the PPE I used in this video. It is very important to be safe while welding and to wear the appropriate safety gear. (Please check out the links below as it will show your support!)

This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. kzfaq.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
