Jean-Jacques Grunenwald was Daniel Roth's predecessor as titular organist at St. Sulpice. You can read about him on Wikipedia.

The acoustics are still good even back in the early years of the organ.

this organ is not as old as some of the other organs like the organ in sione switzerland

This organ isn't that old. It was built in 1862. In the Netherlands, at the Bovenkerk in Kampen, there is a four manual Hinsz organ that dates back to the late 1600s and was enlarged as the years went on. The acoustics in that church are also huge.

Are you sure this is at St. Sulpice because the 32 Bombard at the end sounds a lot like the one at St Ouen.

This is the organ of St.Sulpice without doubt, but -before- the restoration of 1991. The organ sounded more aggressive and direct prior to this. Also notice that a lot depends on the way the organ is recorded. The 32' Bombarde in Rouen doesn't sound as overwhelmingly loud when standing on the actual church floor, it is pretty much in balance and blends in with the rest of the instrument just as can be expected from the orchestral aesthetic of Cavaillé-Coll :-)
