We are a family of Italian descendants with several generations of trade and work, dedicated to making a living recovering from animal slaughter and practicing the trade of butchers. Years of development and growth in the field encouraged a new generation to participate in the largest-scale sector in the refrigeration industry: the slaughter and production of meat cuts and processed, chilled, and/or frozen products for local and external consumption.
From a strong industrial focus, we have decided to seal the business value chain with vertical integrations forward, thus reaching consumers' shelves and tables, and backwards with the generation of our own revenue. We work as a team with the virtues and values imprinted by family leadership, developing the work with passion, love, commitment, and a desire for constant improvement. Aspiring day by day to develop the natural, technical, and human livestock resources that our environment offers us, thus sealing the value chain of this business.
