@@tumblrqueen8143 yeah, but he doesn’t call her dad, which I find disrespectful. I have a stepdad and forced myself to call him dad because it would be very hurtful to him if I didn’t.

@@CaptainVideo100but what if Mark finds it okay? And what if it just isn’t something Emma is comfortable with? Don’t be so quick to judge because you “forced yourself” to call your step dad, dad. Not everybody just wants to force themselves to call someone a specific name, and not everyone would appreciate being called a specific name that you had to FORCE yourself to call them. Don’t be so quick to judge, because that is also DISRESPECTFUL.

I’m a housekeeper and do laundry at the residence inn in my city and we are not allowed to throw ANYTHING away. It all goes to lost and found and we wait 3 months before it’s allowed to be thrown out. We also call the guest if they leave anything behind to let them know we have it. Even a half empty bottle of shampoo. It’s marriott standards. I once found a janky old earring and when the guest was called they were so relieved that it was found and she gave me a $40 tip just for turning it in. I’m very surprised they would throw a baby blanket out/ misplace it.

I'm glad Emma made it home safe.! The gifts are so thoughtful . I really think the hotel in Seattle, Washington should've done more to get Emma's blanket back to her . The hotel can obviously see that the blanket in question isn't the hotel's property. I just think they should've done more

Good luck with your appliances . I had them and the refrigerator was a nightmare. The refrigerators are known for having many problems with the water and icemaker I had mine replaced 2 times and eventually got a refund and sold the rest of the appliances. We ended up buying the whirlpool line of appliances and I am very pleased.

Have you ever considered getting a credit card Ellie? A secured credit card is one that you pay a deposit and that amount becomes your balance until you can improve your credit score. Just a handy idea so you are not without means when you are away from home!
