The look is stunning! If I had the money I would buy that palette in a heartbeat! Would also like to get the Grounswork palette, but I think that Cult Beauty UK was shipped a bad batch. The Hermes lipstick looks gorgeous and comfortable to wear, but that price range is a whole other ball game. I’m sure that if I wasn’t on disability pension I would splurge on one. 💕

For some bizarre reason I am attracted to the DM palette...but not full price. I am a little skeptical of how textured these might be on the lid. The Hermes quads hurt my eyes so from where I stand, the less I see of them...the better 🤣🤣🤣. I got tired of waiting on the Chanel oversized highlighters and snagged one of the older LE ones ,the Reve de Camellia, on vinted instead (my desire to have the camellia embossing has been satisfied and according to Charlotte H that shade is perfection). I bought a ton of Pat's holiday collection too so I have no urgent needs.

I have literally been wondering what your take on the DM would be, Mariam! I bought it for 25% off so am thinking it can be justified given the lack of PM special shades this year, BUT haven't used it yet as I feel a bit guilty after buying 3xPM holiday quints! 😬

😍😍😍 O.M.G. These shades are gorgeous! I think it is a great price for what you are getting, value wise. Okay, I need your expert opinion. I know that the formulas are completely different, but if you were going to put ONLY ONE colorful expensive(US $129) palette on your holiday wish list, would you choose this DM Lightworks V or the Isamaya Industrial 2.0? I’m thinking about going for the Isamaya because I do have older eyes, and I’m worried the DM shades are thicker and will show more texture. But maybe I’m wrong! I’m not interested in the Hermes quads at all. It’s too far for me price wise, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I dislike the mismatched pan shapes. I’m certainly not paying those prices for 4 shades that make me 😵‍💫😖 every time I open the compact! 😂😂😂

Love how this look came together, your skin really does look amazing (even before you put anything on)! This is the most excited I've been about a makeup launch all year. I got my palette this weekend and I wish I could use it to paint my nails, car, furniture, etc. It's just that pretty.

Thank you for comparison between Chanel and Gucci Highlighter, I love Gucci Highlighter, for mature skin is perfect Highlighter. I wish, that Gucci make some lighter shades.

I am so excited to see your take on this. I love special shades and I have a lot of indie shadows that will dupe some of these. I love how this palette is laid out and I love Danessa’s positive messaging. I’m still on the fence about this palette. Groundwork was my best purchase of the year too. I am excited to see how they work together. Thank you for all the swatches. They really give us a good idea of the colours and textures. I love the look this gives you. The total look is amazing ❤ I’m looking forward to a week of exploring with you.

I actually love the PT foundation. The key for me was actually using the brush he made for it and applying a thin layer then allowing it to just melt into your skin. It’s so skin like and wears well for me.

I dont know if you watch Ellaglam (I think that's what her site is called, a German lady) she did this palette too and noted that the small colours around the large bi-colours in the centre were all colour 'matched' so could create a look with the 3 colours, (top, middle bottom) no other palette needed! ...and got some wow looks..please try it 👍👍 for a palette to truly be 'good' in my book, it should give a 'look' without having to use another palette..or like Natasha Denona does, a little 5 pan that can work some extra looks out of her bigger pan palettes

I love your reviews! how you would compare the Lightwork 5 to the isamaya industrial 2.0 in terms of formulas? I was debating between the 2 palettes I bought the Lightwork but still dreaming of the samara based on your review :)

If I did, (which I don't) want to see you review the Hermes eyeshadow quads, I wouldn't ask you to spend $175.00 on ONLY 4 eyeshadows that's doesn't even have any special shades, their just regular shades that look just like Mac or Makeup Geek shadows. No, Martina please don't waste your money on those honey. Not trying to tell you how to spend your money. But take it from a 51-year-old grandma, for that amount of money, take yourself & the hubby out on a fancy date night out, or book a couples spa appointment, anything but those overpriced, underwhelming eyeshadows. Ok, I'll get off my high horse now.....😁Love you!

I picked up the milk makeup duo as well. I'm still playing around it looks just like a balm. Love that for travel so tiny ❤. I'm still on the fence on this DM palette. It's so fun but do I need all the shades? I'm sure it's worth it to fork out compared to single shades. Hmm.. Fomo hits me hard cuz I know once it's gone it's not gonna come back 😂. Btw, I'm so keen to watch the one-week palette with this 😍

Such a pretty look! Love the lavendar with peachy pink sparkle! Looks sooo pretty! Im gna pass on the Danessa Myricks palette. I just have soooo many indie multichromes and sparkly shifty shadows and palettes that I dont need this ATM. I havent been tempted to purchase anything from her brand and returned a liquid multichrome cuz it just didnt work for me. But maybe Im biased because I just have so many indie shadows already. I did purchase the Fenty gloss and love the slight shift. Its really pretty. And the milk blushes I love! I have 5 or 6 of them. Of course that Chanel blush.... stunning! Overall the look came out gorgeous!!! ❤❤❤❤

Groundwork is my palette of the year too! And I picked up so many this year...I use it all the time since I got it which was 2 weeks ago. Now I wish DM would come out with some individual pans so we could refill the shades, I feel like I'm going to go through my brow colour pretty quickly. As for the Hermes quad...personally I'm not interested at all, looks ugly in my opinion and nothing special. The price is outrageous! Don't waste your money lovely😘 Oh and I'm loving Lightwork V and I want it but I just don't have $200AUD for a palette right now😢

I’ve been considering Groundwork, but it makes me nervous to hear how quickly folks are going through the product. (I gasped when I saw Martina’s pan!) On the one hand, more product would probably dry out before I could use it, but I also don’t love the idea of repurchasing (or replacing pans) so quickly if I do love it.

The Danessa myricks palette looks lovely and shimmery but with price it's up there with Pat McGrath, which I never thought any eyeshadow brand would have, as Pat is the most expensive one I know. How do you feel it compares in quality and overall shades etc. to a Pat Mothership palette? Like would you rather get that or a Pat Mothership if you had the money to spend and could only pick one? The Danessa Myricks is heavily marked up in the UK, like 137 pounds or something, which 166 USD, while pat palettes here are 119 pounds.

Your makeup looks gorgeous! I haven’t gotten anything from DM yet but she’s on my list. As for the Hermes quads, I’m personally ok lol the layout is a bit uncomfortable to look at 😂 HOWEVER I have a request! Idk if you are able to get the Dries Van Noten lipsticks but I’d love to see you review them! I’ve been trying to find out if they have a scent or taste and can’t find anything 😭 also I just wanna see if it’s something you like lol

Those Dries Van Noten lipsticks are ridiculously overpriced & just seems too much like a money grab. $40.00 for just the lipstick, then you have to spend another $40.00 for the case!. That's a money grab if I've ever seen one. ..smh

Love your presentation always appreciated beautiful ♥️ I’ve tried Hermes eyeshadows yesterday at David Jones, personally i don’t recommend at all. Nothing special:( I do owned majority of their products but this eyeshadows not attractive also contains carmine for red tone eyeshadows.
