Hi Tamara! I just wanted to metion that I also struggle with psoriasis and occasional acne and it got worse when I hit 2 year of weightlifting. Switching to lower impact yet challenging workouts lik pilates calmed both of those conditions trememdously for me. I can feel my inflamation to a more normal level now and i would never go back to my previous lifestyle now.

Ugh that’s definitely a hard pill I need to swallow- I notice super high intensity drives it crazy but it’s what I LOOOOve so it’s so hard): gotta find my balance
