बात तो आपकी सही है लेकिन जैसे दोनो डीलर ने 90-90 lacs आपस मे बांट लिया है और 5-10 tax consultant ko दे दिया है वैसे ही 5-10 सीटीओ को ओर जीएसटी comisnor और फाइनेंस मिनिस्टर तक भेज दिया जाएगा इस देस में सारे चोर भरे पड़े हैं सर

Easy Solution : Government should ask the suppliers to upload B2C invoices in GST Portal and then Government can verify uploaded bill by Customer from Mera Bill Mera Adhikar .

How can it be ascertained by the GST dept that supply of goods/services has not taken place in these cases of bogus bills when all other conditions of claiming ITC has been fulfilled under section 16??

If A person having multiple state gst registration and overall fake ITC amount is greater than 5 crore so offence is bailable or not

If person is proprietary of business also he incorporate company and he is director of company also he took fake ITC in proprietorship firm rs 2.5 cr and in company rs 3 cr so offence is bailable or not

If person claim fake ITC of rs 1.80 Cr ( 10*18%=1.80) so what is consequence of income tax of 10 cr value . Whether person can pay income tax on 10 cr income or he can claim expenses of rs 10 cr

If someone is not registered with the department and doing business. After the visit of the department, he pays all the dues with applicable interest and penalty @15%. Then penalty u/s 122 for not getting registered will apply or not? Pls reply

If penalty is paid u/s 74, then, no penalty will be charged under any other provision
