Sir ji muje bank se loan lena ha apna business grow karne ke liye aur mai rent par rehta hu aur mera kaan frojen matar kulha hua paneer chaap item suply ka ha wholesale rate par shop aur restaurant mai but sab cash mai ha jyadatar but bank bolta ha pehle gst lo aur company account kholo tab aapko bada loan mil sakta ha 10 se 15 lakh nahi to ye 3 ya 4 ke loan Tak seemat rehoge aur muje requirement ha kam se kam 20 lakh ki jabki mera civil 730 se uper ha aur chote loan milakar 40 hajar tak emi bhi de Raha hu time to time ab btaye mujhe kya karna chahiye

सर जी ,अब भी बहुत से लोग CGST एंड SGST को vat concept आधार पर काम करते हैं जैसे input cgst @5% input sgst @5% ,Input sgst @9% input sgst @9%,उन लोगों लगता है के सिर्फ CGST and SGST से TAX CALCULATION गलत होगा क्या कोई ऐसा रूल्स और एक्ट GST है जहां पर इस के बारे में जानकारी दिया गया हो

for eg., mera wholesale fmcg business hai, to alag alag type ke products pe alag alag GST lagta hoga 1) konsi product pe kitna GST lagta hai wo kaha se pata chalega? mujhe jo jo company se maal le raha hu, wo GST wala bill pakdati hai to me 1% wala rule apply krke compositions scheme pe sell karu, 2) to mujhe 17% refund lena padega gov se? mei jo jo maal bech raha hu retailers ko, 3) usko mujhe bill me GST mention hi nahi karna hai? 4) koi achha software jinko CA na rakhke , billing, inventory mgmt, aur tax mgmt ho jaye usme hi?

I am a wildlife photographer and providing my consultancy services to the forest department. I send them the bill of Rs 36000 and they are asking for the GSTIN number. My annual turn over for my services is less than 1 lakh. I don't understand why they are asking for GST number. is it really mandatory or they are just fooling me to delay the payments. This is my only income and my payment is really stuck. Please help me. what should I do. Do I really need to register for GSTIN. Thanks in advance. Regards - Ambuj Garlani
