Thanks for the comment, sorry late replying - It's 2 different Gameplay video clips edited together (crop and merge), the Freeware Police Car Mods are from GTA Inside .com - There are six different game clips in the video (including the intro)

Thanks for the comment, sorry late replying - no, not certain if they will work with Windows 10, the normal Police Car Headlights work ok.....
