If you think it’s cap then your wrong because sometimes the cars don’t spawn so maybe go far away from that location and come back and it will be there

I TRIED TO GET THE COIL ROCKET CAR BUT I GOT WANTED STAR AND I CHECK THE GARAGE AND IT WASN'T THERE AND IT WAS SPLIT IN 2 WALLS EACH YOU WASTED MY 5000 MONEY

Ребят вот вам гайд как легко просто на изи получить Annis Elegy RH8 а геташке просто за любого перса заходишь в гараж немного по ВСЕМУ городу прогуливаешня и при выходе из гаража вам дают RH8

I'll tell you one thing, you can find the PEGASSI ZENTORNO but not where he showed it. It spawns in an intersection in the city somewhere I did get it one time, sadly I can't remember where it was now.
