Thats a random mission. The casino heist is inside of the arcade, which you can purchase in the maze bank foreclosure.

*Toreador* - transforms into a sub *Kosatka* - doesn't transform, it already is a sub *Kosatka* - can store vehicles I was expecting: *Toreador* - doesn't have to store anything, it is already a vehicle instead I was getting: *Toreador* - can be stored in Kosatka

I'm a little bit confused regarding the machine gun test on the Toreador. In the video where you compared it to the Vigilante, you used the Toreador against the same Armored Kuruma and destroyed it in 4:54 seconds. However, in this video, it took 5:42 seconds to destroy it.
