This video shows all the in-game cutscenes of The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid along with the conversations with Officer Vincent Effenburger, which may differ if you've completed the Casino Missions, Heist Prep: Security Intel or if you've never met him. With the help of Officer Vincent Effenburger, raid the cartel's operation in the Cluckin' Bell factory in Paleto Bay.
P.S: These are just the cutscenes. The missions cannot be accessed. The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid will be released on March 7

For a long time, I haven't been emotionally attached to a game character... especially gtao, but our boy Vincent hit's different. It really hurts me to see him being treated like a b*tch by his colleagues at the lspd after all the hardships he was being thrown at. So at the end, him getting a part of the deal, and also seems to be slowly turning the luck onto his side really makes me happy. Hope we see him again in a future update one more time with him climbing up the hierarchy, or at least, keep this state as his "finale" so we know he's no longer suffering.

Kinda make sense if Vincent will eventually become the LSPD boss and will let us get in the LSPD as an officer in the next update. The fact that he always improve his position but gets screwed over means that in the future he will become something more important. Immagine this: You get contacted by Vincent to tell you that he became the head of LSPD and he will later says that he deleted all the files about you and whatever you have done in the past and he will delete whatever you are gonna do in the future. He will tell you to work for him and do some illegal jobs (like stealing cars, guns, drugs etc...) but, at the same time, you will work as an actual cop (it will work as front for whatever illegal activity you are gonna do for Vincent). I mean, lets be honest... there is no reason to buy cop cars or making a story about Vincent becoming an LSPD officer (to not mention that he is literally looking at a poster that says "join LSPD", after that you finished this mission for him) if we aren't meant to be cops.

seeing how we've just now started to reach the "end" of GTAV Online, they're probably gonna start releasing a lot of stuff that people have been wanting for years, and they'll probably release some really crazy goofy shit that one ups the MK2 just to generate hype. I do have to say, this is the MOST obvious tease of police related content, which means we're either getting more, or this was just to make up for the cancelled Cops N Crooks DLC. To add onto the stuff they're probably gonna add: Finally finish the Mile High Club building (With a possible tease into GTA 6) Wildlife photography missions (Reused content from storymode) Hunting missions (Reused content from storymode) Something more futuristic than the MK2, possibly something alienlike.

@@romanbellic9580 what i think about the police update is that they didn't cancel it but just moved it to a newer date. That update was meant to be huge and it was supposed to feature from tuners to chop shop DLC all in one single summer update. Whatever happened in 2020 wasn't the only reason why they scrapped this DLC. Actually, they didn't scrap it at all! They just turned it into smaller parts that they slowly released over the years. It's clear that the police update is gonna come out but they wanted to use the same approach as they did with the storymode DLC: break it into small pieces and release each piece over the years.

We know the Gauntlet is from the cut CnC update, therefore we can assume these Vincent missions were actually from that update too. It's pretty interesting when you think about it. That's why these missions feel so out of place currently imo. I do hope it means they bring that update back next summer though, feels like a logical choice to me for the next DLC.

Kind of nice Rockstar actually included a character with ethics and principals for once, and not just the usual "The corporations and government are corrupt! Therefore you must kill a bunch of people so I can steal shit and sell it to bad guys!" plot lines

I feel like Rockstar have known about the playerbase's desire to have police outfits since the Heists updates came out. They're definitely teasing us with it in this update with Vincent, the general setting, the new cars and the NOOSE outfit you can get. But honestly I still feel like they're gonna wait until 1 week before GTA 6 release to give us the outfit as one last kick in the face.

You have to kill Vincent and take it off of his corpse to get the police outfit. But if you do so, he will no longer show up in future DLC.

With the amount of customisation options available for the current stainer police car I think it’s basically a guarantee that we’ll be getting police uniforms to match, I personally would love to rock the sheriff uniform and be Rick Grimes haha

Reason I say this is, every main character we have done what they did. From Michael, Trevor, Franklin, Now this security guy now police. Michael had on fire fighter outfit. Diamond casino we did. Trevor had on gruppa 6 security outfit. Then we did. We became IAA agents. So it's a trend.

That LSPD poster that has "now hiring" at the end that Vincent stares at makes me think that too. Afterall, the police vehicles were a very random addition, along with these what are basically police missions. Sets up the chance for us getting into the LSPD thanks to Vincent for the next DLC. Also the police hellfire description implies we are a recruit in the LSPD, also a hint.

I just recently bought the Gauntlet Interceptor police car, and as much as it hurt me to spend $4 million on it, it was money well spent. I even tried it out with different liveries (Sheriff, Highway Patrol, LS State Trooper) and different emergency light setups (vector light bar, which goes well with my sheriff livery, slicktop for the highway patrol car, etc.) I almost thought of buying either the unmarked car or the SWAT van (Police Riot), but I really wanted the Gauntlet Interceptor.

I hope that completing these missions will unlock the cop outfit or at least make it available to purchase in stores. They literally added police cars to Warstock, and 2 of them (Stanier LE and Gauntlet) are completely new models and I want to drive them in style without having to use some glitch which doesn't even save the outfit forever and that requires another player.

There is no spring update, in the last 3-4 years there were only 2 updates. One in summer and one in winter. The only thing is that these updates were stretched to fill the gap between them. But to answer your question, most likely these missions will be released in February-March, next year even if they are part of this month's update.

In 5-10 minutes after you join GTA Online, Vincent will contact you. But only after this mission will be officially released in February-March, next year.

the only possibility is that they remove the blacklist of the police outfit when the content drops, you've been able to wear it without losing it for quite awhile now, but you can't save it without it disappearing from your wardrobe.

@romanbellic9580 I have noticed that too. Me and my friend did the Cops and Crooks mission where you can get the cop outfit and I haven't saved it in my wardrobe but I've noticed that I've been wearing it even when changing sessions or even completely leaving the game
