I am an IRL EMT and i love watching this content! Only thing i don't like is how these KZfaqrs respond to calls. When operating under code three, you should do it with due regard to life, and property. These guys drive like a bat out of hell when going to the scene which is not right, you should drive slower, and when at intersections slow down, use the airhorn and drive slowly through them not fly past them like most of these youtubers do... Not to mention the calls they get where they always respond back to the hospital code 3... You don't do that unless a patient is unstable they treat every call as a lfie threat which is true we respond to every call like that yes but after assessing, treating and packaging the patient for transport we would know if they are stable/unstable if unstable we would make them a priority patient and drive code 3, but if they are fine and we don't see any major life threats it would be a code 1 transport. Like the case with the MVA, after the rescue truck got the patient out, he drove code 3 to the ER, that's not right you should drive slow and smooth due to the idea of a spinal injury. I know maybe i am just nit picking... but still its just something i like to say!

Should’ve checked vitals while assessing Pt injuries. Also never intubate a live, alert, and awake person. Give epinephrine and oxygen as needed and transport immediately. EMS should be mostly aware of scenario before/ on arrival

I already think you should keep using the Freightliner makes it more interesting in New York some companies have the freightliners but you should also use the the Tahoe as the supervisor

I have a request, the ambulances here in Illinois only transport code 3 if the patient is badly injured, has been badly injured and pinned underneath a car or if the person has something terribly wrong with one or two organs. Could you please transport without lights and sirens sometime soon? But only if the patient is not badly injured or not in cardiac arrest. P.S nice video and keep up the great work.
