Kkangpae/깡패- Which translates to "gangster" in korean, are a Korean Gang which are infamous in Korean town for their violence and their aggressive attitude. They can be found in Little Seoul (Korean Town), Ginger street. They deal in Extortion, Credit fraud, Grand theft auto, Robberies, Drug trafficking, Home Invasions.

I hate the fact the gang culture wasn't emphasized in a game about LA. I found out how many gangs were in this game and felt left out this shit almost hidden

Nobody even has any hint as to the story between Simeon and The Armenian mob. We can put 2 n 2 together since they hang at the scrapyard with cleanass vintage cars, and he's a shady car dealer. But we don't get a mission where he follows up on his phonecall threatening Frank or anything.

luis mcdougal Sadly you can't change their clothes in director mode, only change to a different model with different skins I believe, I use trainer for all the accessories and different clothes for each model
