Simple. Go to Fort Zancudo. He plays on PC using mods. In the base game they never leave Zancudo.

I know chances of you replying are slim but do you think the NOOSE officers should have a different color of uniform?

From my understanding, the NOOSE TRU units in RDE 4.0 are based on the DHS SRT teams. Meaning they use the same colour of uniform that their real life counterparts are equipped with. But there are miscellaneous textures in the mod files you can access with OpenIV which allows you to switch out the Tan/Khaki uniform texture with either a Black pixel camo or the OG Blue uniform.

@@HEATplayswtm no, but he always spawns npc’s into interiors, sometimes a lot lol, and I want to know how he does that. Mine don’t become hostile like his.
