I think he stages most of his videos off-camera first before recording, e.g setting up peds in specific areas or placing things where he needs them, considering RDE basically changes how the whole game works it might automatically spawn FIB/Merryweather/other peds in their respective facilities with RDE enabled but I dunno

everything is mods and there are lots of tutorials i would help you more as i had this type of problem as a begginer for modding that i didnt know how to do anything i would help you more but i cant make vids or stuff like that

I did but for real in the supermarket no joke. The b1tch checkout worker pissed me off about the bags, tried to over charge me for nothing, I had other events or things on my mind, I just lost it smashed up their till lol.
