Coltrane Billard Sorry to break it to you but he is not Mute. He didn't talk in Gta 3 because he just followed orders and went to place without asking questions. Actually he is like a thug unlike future GTAs where they actually talk on cutscenes to become someone. If you notice on GTA 3 cutscenes are too short and on other GTAs they can take more time.

It is interesting how Claude's character won't stop talking here (not just about Trevor's lines and voice, but they've also worked a way to make him speak with his mouth open) whereas he didn't utter a word in GTA III... because he is (was) mute.

Still a bit yiffy, CJ is by far the best character model in this video, which I guess isn't that surprising given that San Andreas, and subsequently its main character CJ, are by far the most popular of the series. He's perfectly adapted to realism while still resembling the original, which ain't easy cause old GTA characters look weird when you really examine them upclose so it's hard to determine how exactly the characters should look like when you even just want to draw them, but whoever modeled him did an incredible job, and this CJ has a good facial rig too, the one thing he lacks is an equally faithful recreation of his classic default outfit, but other than that it's 10/10.
