How many of the vehicle's on there are mods because I'm new to gta v and most of the armored vehicles apparently are mods or downloaded I'd like to know if I can get any of them in story mode and I don't have internet access most of time it would be awesome if anything armored is available for keeping in garages

How are you not getting 4 5 and 6 stars? The military is attacking you, but their postions are not popping up on the map, and no stars are popping up. That's... acatually to think about it thats pretty cool.

probably a bug, the rde is unstable due to the number of updates that rockstar puts in the game several things (for example military helicopters do not appear)
