Because it's an old game and the can has no collision, It will go inside the ground(bluehell). And did you notice in GTA v, the can come already opened but still the player opens the can😆

I think you should make a video on things you can do in gta story mode missions, which you can't do in gta freemode. Ex: in one of the gta iv missions you blow up the train (Bogt)
