I using GTA 5 and Rockstar Editor for capture scenes and moving virtual camera. For special effects i using Adobe After Effects CC and Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. Short movie about local Apocalypse in GTA 5. Mega Tornado EF-5 Category hits Los Santos and Blaine County. Trevor chase tornado on his Storm Chaser car for take pictures, but gets pulled up by tornado. Serious destructions, carmageddon and swaying buildings caused by that nature cataclism. Franklin’s mansion and car destroyed.

Fun fact: The tornado you linked us to is a wedge tornado, a tornado which is wider than it's tall. But that tornado is half a mile wide, wedge tornadoes are 1 or even 2 miles wide

This is really good. The radius of wind pick up, formation, and siren warnings is not close to accurate but yes really well. I think your best is still the tsunami and volcano.

This is just the Oak Lawn Tornado of April, 21st, 1967 when a EF4 Tornado ripped through Oak Lawn, Illinois. It destroyed many homes and businesses. It even destroyed half of Oak Lawn Community High School. 58 people died from that tornado and it caused nearly $40 Million Dollars in damage. It was a terrible time for everyone back then.
