Gta 5 trams are realistic (unlike the train) they are stopping when a vechile or a human waits in front of it or stopping on the stations. But if you aim at them, they will normally try to escape

IMO, Its because tram is slower than Train. In real life, tram easily can stop when theres an obstacle in front of it. Unlike train that more heavy and fast, theres no time to taking brake. I think its realistic too. Sorry bad english

Why don't you make a video comparing different bussines like bunker vs facilities? At the bunker you can store the MOC, do research to unlock different things... At the facilities you can store the Avenger, do the Doomsday Heists, have infinite snacks (very important! )... I think that this can help people to decide which one buy and also have new and you will also have new fresh content!

If you unlock only the second island in San Andreas, there will be a barrier on the freeway bridge that's above the tram's railway and that barrier will block the tram from going further.
