There used to be a lot of beneficial hackers. Rockstar castrated them all and made malicious hackers able to run rampant. The game is unplayable in public lobbies now. One unlocked all customizations for me and all chrome wheels are free. Loaded me with 100mil when I moved to PC. He did that for tons of people to help them enjoy the game.
