in VC, you need to complete the rest of the story in order to 🔓 the 🗺 for downtown... and you won't get very far on foot - or by car if Tommy's wanted level is maxed out ( " ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ " )

I wish Police Cruiser in GTA IV had civilian variant. I also wish Police Interceptor in GTA V and GTA Online had civilian variant too.

I mean The Ford Interceptor is quite different from its civilian counterpart, the Taurus, so an interceptor civ version wouldn’t be realistic (not like GTA’s realistic) But like GTA Parody names of the Crown Victoria would be so funny Pull up in the Escaped Crownvict
