You should also record a video on GFWL (Games For Windows Live) since it's still possible if you know how although it's a lot harder to setup it's worth it because it has way more players and still a strong community.:-)

Where can I find these players? Most times it will put me into an empty game, and the server browser for the most part shows nothing as well.

@@squirrelking207 Its best to organize in which time to play its usually in the evenings for my specific timezone but I'd advise for you to find the GTRF discord and then you'll find plenty of players.;-)

@@MrGEOGames I have downloaded so many releases (scene and non scene) different cracks, hardware configs, mods, etc. Such a funky game - sometimes it runs amazing, others its trash. I really want to play TBoGT again.

pretty much just keep lowering the view distance, use really good hardware from the time, or get overpowered modern chips that can get really good single core performance

If you have the latest version of GTA4/EFLC on steam, it runs really well. Rockstar finally went back and optimized it late last year. It gives 100+ fps now. DO NOT DOWNGRADE. Previous patches like 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0 run like shit.

I don't see why not. I use windows 11 all the time and I don't recall an issue during my testing.
