Mission row nightclub plus upgrades 3 mil+ storage 300k and 3 technicians buy chumash bunker plus upgrades 3 mil + Cocain lockup. 900k Plus small cargo warehouse 100k Arade plus mct is optional i made 30 mil off bunker and nightclub without mtc. Yeah the whole point is you build up to it y'all wanna be ballers overnight. Plus honestly a new player in the first 8 hours of play can have the Bunker with upgrades and a good location, acid lab, Agency, and Kosatka. All these combined that's an active/passive mix averaging 700k/hr

I agree about acid lab, but I would still recommend purchasing security updates, at some point you have to play as an MC president anyway. For example in order to request goods for your businesses through arcade. So if you want to make money through MC businesses it's a really important upgrade. I think my second character, who has no upgrades, has been raided 2 or 3 times in the last week.

@@FastTest i do all of my resupply setups in an invite only lobby, usually as a CEO 99% of the time. when I need to resupply MC businesses, I retire from CEO and log in as MC president. I only stay in MC long enough to buy the supplies and then I disband almost immediately and go back to CEO. This tactic has worked for some time now and have not been raided at any business as yet. I would also add a suggestion to actually purchase the document forgery business, since you already have the salvage yard. That document forgery will allow you to claim the random vehicle for only $10,000, I snagged a second Itali GTO a couple weeks back for just that amount. All in all you have some quality suggestions for earning, much of this i have been doing on my usual grind. For context I am a legit level 888 with over 10,000 races run as well as several well recieved created races, as i am a member of a large racing crew with weekly events and series. At last glance i had over a quarter million plays of my jobs and have earned well over $650 mill since I set a character up in Feb of 2014 waaay back on the PS3. I have been a grind player since day 1 and have earned the rare $10 mill payout from completing all 4 original heists with the same crew, no die or repeats.

But when I say immediately, I mean I am standing in front of the computer. I buy the supplies, stand up and immediately disband the MC. I may spend 20 - 30 seconds as an MC president.

@@FastTest I had the game on for 5 real hours of our time. No money went in the safe. No cars in the auto shop. If I exit the game, reload, then I might get money in the safe and cars in the auto shop. Money does not go in every 48 minutes as it suppose too. Not sure what's going on.

You have to keep doing security contracts for the agency to loot up, and I noticed if your constantly switching lobbies it takes longer for the cars in the auto shop to come for some reason but if you stay in the same lobby they come pretty consistently

@@weazie2daEZ I've done 218 security contracts. So I do get the 20k now and then. Oh OK, I do constantly switch lobbies. That must be it. Many thanks for that. Also have you noticed that that since the update, tattoos and hair are really dark on the character on pc when you log in or swap lobbies. Also the bank account numbers aren't clear like they was. Saw a post on reddit complaining of same issues. It's not my pc, had it checked. It was fine before the update.

@@jasabasenara8124 yeah there has been a few weird things with the update I'm on PS4 and sometimes a logo appears on my character's chest that I can't get rid of until I reset the game

I put my observation above, but I will reiterate those 2 points. The bricade is free as are the acid lab setup equipment. You also cannot buy a bricade and setup the acid lab without completing those missions that give the bricade for free, so that is a waste of time and money you advised. The second issue is saying you need to buy the security upgrade at your MC businesses, however most folk who have been playing these businesses already know that you just need to be a CEO instead of an MC president. As a CEO your MC businesses will not be raided and they will still produce.
