There was an error in San Fierro on the high roads, because the cars spawn and get stuck in the street, and during the chases of some missions, the cars turn wrong, causing them to not follow the road and therefore fall into a river or precipice

You need to import dff files in player.img then textures are should imported in player.txt which located in texdb folder, both of them are located in there.
