Thank you :) We use a program called "GTAOnMissionChanger" to manipulate the "On Mission" variable. This allows me to do things that I wouldn't normally do on a mission, e.g. answer calls, start the same mission multiple times, etc... Those many cars are just leftover models resulted from mission duplications.

Because there's a thing in this game called "mission chains", so you can only skip missions by duping if they are on the same chain. Even then, there are some missions that unlock others, so you can't really skip them; for example, The Green Sabre unlocks Badlands, if you skip it, the game just softlocks. www.gtaspeedruns.com/wiki/GTASA/Mission_Chains

U can dupe the mission many times with an om0 changer. But in an normal any% speedrun u can't do that also ur not allowed to do that. By duping a mission 3 to 4 time u can skip the upcoming frm that mission chain

When you play that mission for the first time you can't skip cut scenes but if you fail it you can.
