Maybe it wasn't high enough then. 40 Mil is the highest payout in this minigame. Anyway it is not about the money, it is about the cards. The odds of getting a Royal Flush is under 0.0001%.

Thank you. Anyway, you don't really need more than a few million in this game, ever. There's only so many properties to buy, and why buy cars? So you're left with food and guns and strippers.
