on the screenshots for the expansion pack I saw Juggernaut with a minigun, but when I downloaded it, Juggernaut had a machine gun as usual, can he somehow change his weapon to a minigun?

NOOSE juggernauts never get a minigun. Military juggernauts can either have an assault shotgun, combat lmg or minigun. The weapon they receive is random, you can change which weapon they get on ResponsePeds.xml.

Rde compatible with all versions don't worry just you need latest gameconfig file.
