If only their modern games had the same humour and craziness in the quotes. In GTA V for example, it's always the same generic (but realistic maybe) quotes instead of funny and creative ones.

Multiple ways you could do that. A) If you want street criminals to drive Taxi's as well as the taxi drivers you could probably go into 'default.ide' and find where the street criminals are listed (25 and 26 under peds section) and change the 'cars can drive mask' number to 40 (same as taxi driver) or 7F which would allow to drive any civilian vehicle probably. B) You could also go into 'default.ide' and go to 8 under peds for taxi driver, and change the ModelID and ModelName to the ones of the street criminals (criminal01 & criminal02), which would replace the taxi driver skin but the quotes will probably still be the taxi driver if i remember right. You could always replace the audios later if you wanted to using GTA 3 SFX Manager. C) Using IMGTool you might be able to open gta3.img and swap around the .txd and .dff files around but i don't have much experience with that, you could try experiment or search for help on the internet somewhere.

Well all my videos have all the quotes that belong to each ped, including the sfx numbers?

@@thewanderer2491 To find out which quotes belongs to who i have to play the game to figure it out. Usually in the sfx files i can tell when the quotes end for one ped when it goes to a different voice. When i don't know, such as for unused quotes and peds, i ask someone who's good with coding to tell me 😆 Apparently in the main.scm its all coded, but its beyond my knowledge.
