Cesar is one of the most honorable characters in the entire GTA universe. He never betrays CJ, helps him repeatedly and shows genuine affection to those close to him. He helps you more than your own gang :D

I always loved how Cesar handled that. He basically said “ We don’t have to be friends, but I love your sister and I respect her so it’s no need for drama here” as a big brother myself that’s how I would want my lil sisters dudes to approach me.

I don't have a sister, but I do have nieces and 2 of them have outstanding boyfriends, I'm happy for them to be with their boyfriends, they feel like part of the family and have for a long time. I even had one of them stay at my house while the other helped my parents with installing internet in their house. The boyfriend of my other niece I've only met once, didn't like him going by that encounter.......I'm told he's a good lad, but for me he seems like he's too wishy washy and doesn't seem to be serious about the relationship while my niece is madly in love with him.

Cesar is such a great character. Not only because he is romantic and stuff, but because he is clever, is not for total violence, even tho is abit of a gangster, he speaks more with his brain instead of his guns. Also, he is probably the most "broish" character in the entire GTA franchise.

Cesar handled the conversation so well. Its actually fucking insane. Cj pushed him first. But Cesar reacted so calmly. If he reacted angrily, I highly doubt Cesar would be friends with CJ afterwards lol. They would be enemies, instead of friends. I'm astounded, honestly. Not only that, but also Cesar is basically the guy who saved groove street. Without Cesar, CJ wouldn't have accomplished anything.

****IF YOU CAN'T BEAT THE MISSION LOOK HERE**** On PC the numpad 8 and 2 are inverted by default, remap them in the controls configuration and the misson is easy to beat.

This is actually one of the most important missions in the game because of Cesar meeting CJ.

LIKE SO PEOPLE CAN SEE THIS! So after many troubles with this mission I figured out that the number pad is the area of the keyboard to use the Hydraulics, 4 being left, 6 being right, 2 being up (by default) and 8 being down (by default). It is the up and down that phased me as they are inverted by default. also the arrows as they run across the screen on the PC version are very jolty and not smooth like when I played the game on my console, I lowered all my graphics settings and AA and then the rolling arrows you use as a guide to synchronize did start to move across the screen a little smoother. if you have a controller for PC I'd highly recommend you using it instead of the keys, though I've finished this mission using both methods, the controller however was way more easier. I hope this helps you :)

Thank you! I tried this mission about 5 times and was about to just give up on the game entirely, because I'd finish hundreds of points behind every time. I had no idea that the numpad buttons were inverted like that!

You have to press the corresponding keys on the bottom of the screen when it hits the circle in the middle. Think of it like DDR/Guitar Hero/any other game that requires a button-press at a precise time.
