It is unknown if Catalina killed Asuka and Miguel by herself. It is also possible that she had Colombian Cartel members kill them.

Replaying these missions all over again made me realize what a conniving disloyal degenerate Claude is. Poor Asuka died never knowing he killed her brother just because some cannibal psychopath told him to.

kasen familly had a pretty dark fate : (kazuki kasen) murded by toni cipriani and (toshiko kasen) commits suicide by despair brother (kenji kasen) killed by Claude and Sister (asuka kasen )by catalina.

If only Asuka never met Claude or if Kenji wouldn’t be killed (yes, he’s a racist, narcissistic, disrespectful and ungrateful bastard) the fate could beer made in better side. Especially for Asuka, whom I feel sorry. Such an underrated woman, I would work for her.

Asuka Kasen deserved a better ending IMO. She was an intelligent and powerful Yakuza boss. It was bit like a GTA 4 ending.

Does her heavily sadistic behaviour I respect Asuka because she's loyal and, mainly, honest woman. I can even say, she's caring person. Too sad that she blindly trusted a Reaper Man in his leather jacket that secretly stabbed her in the back and hypocritically served her like nothing happened. And after that he drained her to Catalina like a used condom. She died because of him. But, to be honest, I think after Kenji's assassination her death was just a matter of time. If Catalina didn't kill her, Claude would kill her if there was a right price for her.

@@Spartak2811 absolutely wrong, Claude killed Kenji because he was an asshole, he had nothing against her so why would he kill her? And that is not what hypocritical means. Also if you ever played advance you will realise she isn't very "caring". She literally send mafia goons to become human slaves somewhere in Asia, and to top it off there is a possibility that she set up Mike meaning her loyalty is questionable. How did he drain her to Catalina? How can he even manipulate her? He had no choice but to serve her, This is laughably ridiculous

Haven't finished Vice City or San Andreas yet but I seem to understand the on-going theme with GTA stories in the "3D Universe": you finished game with the city being in an more terrible state compared when you first arrived. Maybe that's the purpose of the "HD Universe".

When trilogy was not remastered they played their old games in 4k for example gta liberty City stories in ios vice City stories on ps 2 with 4k tv. Later on after 15 - 16 years they will play in 8k tv
