From the 'wayward women' of scripture such as Lilith, Salome and Jezebel and literary tropes like the Mad Woman in the Attic, to social phenomena like mass hysteria among Malay schoolgirls, this panel explores the symbol of the Wild Woman in all her ferocious glory.
