So Hyang is "the female Dimash" in regards to technical skills, passion, stage presence, giving it all in every song. Besides being a wonderful human being, had to overcome so many setbacks, includying a cancer and is so positive and joyful.

Actually the Raise Me Up performance on Immortal Songs2 was a performance that she sang with pneumonia. The doctors told her not to sing nor speak, but she wanted to perform because people paid to see her perform and she didn't want to disappoint them. That's how SoHyang is as a person. You can see that when she wants to hit the long high notes that she wasn't healthy. So Raise Me Up wasn't her best performance. But still angelic.

Thank you for checking her out! Like everyone is saying "Everyone" is her masterpiece performance. But beside that, I guess "Day Day" on begin again Korea (it was this late summer so the most recent). Hitting high notes and proving everyone wrong who said she couldn't reach then anymore, aaaand she raps there :D

Yes, when you see Sohyang on stage, you see passion, and commitment, belief, desire....it's an explosion of emotions. And you got the most memorable squinting facial expression I know. There’s a reason she is one of the, if not the top most reacted vocalist in all of youtube, despite having zero social media/youtube presence of her own and being a Korean gospel singer which has a very niche minority audience even in her home country. You seem to like "Pantatonic & Dimash". Among Korean singers, there are many good singers besides "BTS. Black Fink. So hyang". "Forestella (Bohemian Rhapsody. Champion). Park hyo shin (wild flower, Good bye, breath), Park ki young (Nella Fantasia), Na ul (memory of the wind), Lim jae bum (Desperado, Confession), Lim Seon-hye (Paris Nelly's Rasha Bianga) and so on.

SoHyang has always struggled with her health during her lifetime with those many illnesses.. uterine cancer, hepatitis, chronic pneumonia, etc.. The night she sung You Raise Me Up kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qsuPf5ygy865pGw.html She just got out of Hospital and was advised Not to sing...So she did that....lol It's really a miracle this one of the most skilled vocalist of all time could be in such poor condition. And definitely she is much more than great technician and has Perfect Control of Her Gift...and Her singing is so special.
