GPU : Gainward 1080 GTX GLH
CPU : i7 970 @4 Ghz (Noctua air cooling) on socket 1366 / chipset Intel X58/ICH10R

Well, my new system has a 3090 but I 'm quite hesitant to swap my newest GPU to my old computer. 😅

why not 4K ? 2160p is shit

Real 4K is not available on consumer monitors / videogames : it's not a 16/9 ratio. It's used on cinema screens and slightly wider than consumer screens.. 4K for consumers is UHD = 2160p (and FYI real 4K uses also 2160 lines).
